As well as performing, Lisa has many years teaching experience teaching singing, music theory, piano up to ABRSM Grade 5, and rehearsing choirs.
Her pupils have achieved excellent results in College course applications, ABRSM, Scottish Standard Grade and Higher exams, GCSE and A-Level performance exams, and preparation for higher education auditions in musical theatre and jazz.
With experience of teaching children to adults, beginners to semi-professionals, she coaches pupils for auditions, shows, and church performances as well as teaching those who just want to take up a new hobby and increase their confidence.
Experience in education has also included working with children with additional support needs, both in groups or on a one to one basis. These lessons can be tailored to the individuals need and ability.
She uses a wide range of music from classical to musicals and jazz, incorporating music theory and musicianship into lessons.
From January 2012 Lisa will be taking rehearsals of the community Youth group 'YSing' held in Cupar. Rehearsals will lead to performances held in the town for friends and family.
